He is a sociopath, but not in the sense that one  might think
Essentially, he has his own ruleset in his mind of ideas and doesnt really get social cues.

If someone was to be brutally murdered in front of him, he may widen his eyes for a few moments and have a sad appearance and be like "How terrible.... :"c " But then get over it in .5 seconds and just sip his coffee happily.
He is always drinking coffee, occasionally tea. He also loves astrology and studies it all the time.
